June is upon us, summer is finally here, and the big news this month is that many of Toyota's NASCAR® racers will be tasked with making both left and right turns with a couple of high-profile road course races on tap. The NHRA season is also in full swing, and the season is just getting started for Toyota-supported off-road racing programs.

COMING UP ... THE TOYOTA/SAVE MART 350!
Toyota's NASCAR® Sprint Cup Series™ racers head to California's wine country, as the series visits its first road course of the season on Father's Day weekend for the annual Toyota/Save Mart 350 at Infineon Raceway on Sunday, June 20.
The road circuit in Sonoma, California, has hosted the Cup Series every year since 1989, and Infineon Raceway will always hold a special place in the history of Toyota Racing and driver Kyle Busch, who both celebrated their first Sprint Cup road-course victories in 2008. The Toyota/Save Mart 350 caps off a weekend of road racing for NASCAR, as the NASCAR® Nationwide Series™ makes its first visit to the beloved, four-mile Road America circuit in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin, on Saturday, June 19, for what is sure to be a history-making event.
Also on the docket for the Cup Series are races at Michigan (June 13); Loudon, New Hampshire (June 27) and under the lights at Daytona (July 3). In addition to Road America, the Nationwide Series also visits Kentucky Speedway on June 12 before linking back up with Cup at New Hampshire and Daytona. Meanwhile, the NASCAR® Camping World Truck Series™ joins the Sprint Cup party at Michigan and gets a bit of a breather before kicking off an intense run of consecutive midsummer events in July.
This month also sees the Toyota-supported racers in the NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing Series move into the heart of their season. This coming weekend kicks off a busy stretch of back-to-back-to-back races with the NHRA SuperNationals in Englishtown, New Jersey, followed by the NHRA Thunder Valley Nationals at Bristol (Tennessee) Dragway on June 18-20 and the Summit Racing Equipment NHRA Nationals at Summit Motorsports Park in Norwalk, Ohio, on June 24-27.
The TRAXXAS TORC Off-Road Championship Series opens its 2010 season this month, and Toyota drivers Rick Huseman and Johnny Greaves figure to be key players on the weekend of June 19 and 20 in Crandon, Wisconsin. Learn more about Huseman, Greaves and the Toyota off-road program here.

The battle for the 2010 NASCAR® Camping World Truck Series™ championship is gathering steam and three Toyota drivers occupy the top-three spots in the point standings in Todd Bodine, Aric Almirola and Timothy Peters.
Bodine has been to the top of the mountain before in the Truck Series, as his 2006 series championship will attest. Click here to learn more about the man they call "The Onion."
Almirola has managed to keep Billy Ballew Motorsports' No. 51 Toyota Tundra where it has been accustomed to running -- at the front of the Truck Series field -- and the Floridian picked up his first career Truck Series win last month at Dover. Peters visited Victory Lane to open the 2010 Truck Series season at Daytona and led the championship standings through the first five races. ToyotaRacing.com recently caught up with the Red Horse Racing driver about his early-season successes, which you can read about right here.
All three drivers look to be contenders for the Truck Series championship all the way to the end of the season in November.

The winning design of the Toyota Racing "Sponsafy Your Ride" contest was unveiled as part of the festivities for the NASCAR Sprint All-Star Race at Charlotte last month, and congratulations are in order to Fay Knape of Danbury, Texas, whose "Praying for Karson" design took the top prize. ON TV: CATCH THE MUSCLE MILK/TOYOTA/JGRMX TEAM IN ACTION!
The 2010 Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross Championship Series just got underway last month and Muscle Milk/Toyota/JGRMX rider Josh Grant brought home a second-place trophy from the season-opening Hangtown Motocross Classic.
Don't miss any of the action from the third round of the 2010 season at High Point Raceway live this Saturday, June 12 at 3 p.m. ET on NBC. In fact, NBC will be carrying live telecasts of three AMA Pro Motocross events this season, including the Red Bud Motocross at 3:30 pm ET on Saturday, July 3 and the Unadilla Motocross on Saturday, August 14 at 3 pm ET. The remaining rounds of the 12-race season will be carried either live or on a same-day tape delay on SPEED.

REWIND... JGR DRIVERS, DIXON ESTABLISH THEMSELVES AS TITLE CONTENDERS

Joe Gibbs Racing teammates Kyle Busch and Denny Hamlin have both established themselves as legitimate threats to make the "Chase for the Sprint Cup" and become the first Toyota driver to win NASCAR's biggest prize, while Toyota-supported driver Larry Dixon sits atop the NHRA Top Fuel driver standings.
Busch is currently second in the Cup Series point standings thanks in part to a pair of victories this season, including one at Dover's Monster Mile last month. Check out the highlights of that victory here. Of course, Busch is also a regular visitor to Victory Lane in both the Nationwide Series and Camping World Truck Series, and he did it again in both series at Charlotte last month.
Hamlin continues to recover from his ACL surgery earlier this spring, but you wouldn't know it by his on-track performance. The driver of the No. 11 FedEx Camry for Joe Gibbs Racing owns four Cup Series victories this season, the most recent coming at Pocono last weekend, and he's currently third in the driver standings. And Dixon has put himself into the catbird seat to be the No. 1 seed when the NHRA's six-race "Countdown to One" playoffs begin in September. The driver of the Al-Anabi Racing Top Fuel Dragster picked up his fifth victory of the season and the 53rd of his career last weekend in Chicago. Read all about it here.
